Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.

Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service procedures.

Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Contribute to a team environment and support fellow team members when needed.
